Dora - Puppy mill survivor

In humble awe and full of admiration, I write of the wonderful survival of animals which have been ill-treated by humans.  Those few which are rescued, show their great tenacity for life, by living through the abuse to the moment when they are rescued. Then, when they would have every reason to be angry with humans as a species, they instead show gratitude for their rescuers, and still trust in the people who they now look to for their very lives.
It is my privilege to know a little dog which has been rescued from a puppy mill, where she was kept permanently in a cage and forced to have litter after litter, for five long cruel years, and then, when she was of no further use to her abusers, she was due to be shot, and dumped in a hole.  Instead, she has been rescued, and a more intelligent, loving and gentle little dog, you could not meet.

She is a shining example of spiritual wisdom in action, for she is rising out of the terror she has been through in ways that show she is in touch with her own inner divinity.  She  demonstrates in every moment, that all created beings are equal in their divinity, for humans are not a superior creation, in fact humans have some catching up to do, as a species, in their spiritual states, when they do so much deliberate harm to animals, while animals do not abuse humans.
